So in one of the levels in VIP Mario 6 and some other hacks,there is an effect(i think)used which makes animated leafs go in a diagonal path.How can i do this?

I’m sure that you're talking about this cluster sprite. The files are 'flowers.asm', 'flowerspawn.asm' and 'flowerspawn.cfg'. I don't know how to insert these sprites, so try looking for a Cluster Spritetool tutorial.
