1-OW (Kooper 2016)

Generally good, has a nice "lava world" vibe to it

1-8 is missing a level indicator circle thingy (the tan one)
Cutoff in the lava ocean


1-1 CASTLE ESCAPE (Erik557, aHick)

Helps set the mood for later levels, panicky and quick

Some Morton coins are nigh-impossible to grab without getting hit, forced fireball spinjumping should never be required in a first level


1-2 BOWLING CALAMITY (Erik557)

Oh boy, bowling balls; my favourite

Some "ha, ha!" moments in level, e.g. a 2x2 tile hole that it looks like the ball shouldn't even be able to fit in, but it can, and jumps back up out of it to boot
Glitched bowling ball lava death sprites
Other tight, arseish jumps with podoboos everywhere


1-3 LANGUISHING LAVA (TRS)

Unique level concept, good use of music change

The sinking is slow enough that it might as well not be there
Time limit is confusingly generous, could be lowered to 200 (or hell, 150) and still work fine


1-4 BOWSER'S PERSONAL GARDEN (LHB)

Obligatory grassland level.

Vanilla SMW music.
Fireball-spewing fountain enemies have glitchy graphics.
overall just kinda... there


1-5 BOILING MOUNTAIN (Erik557)

Nice aesthetic present here

blind jump dumps you on munchers
way too many fire plants for its own good


1-6 MAGMA GROUNDS (Centipede)

It looks nice, I guess...?

Far too many boulders
Again, it's just kind of there


1-7 PLUTONIC CHASM (Cascade)

Vertical level, haven't seen many of those

Large amount of jumps where the Fire Flower just screws you over
even with the arrows, blind jumps that make their damnedest attempt to screw you over
Cutoff at end of level


1-8 LAVA FLOW FACTORY (GBreezeSunset)

Nice completely unique level style compared to other levels in world

Lava dolphin.
Waffles of doom in second portion can't be spinjumped
Blue blocks that waffles orbit look solid, but aren't
Firebars at end of level practically unavoidable


1-9 THE BONE ZONE (Medic)

Oh my god you did the Papyrus I love this.

Blue bones crash the game if hit by a fireball
Sometimes the end wall fails to stop and you get crushed


1-X ABYSM CHASM (aterraformer)

THIS LEVEL. Dear god.
I would summarise this in one word, but said word is rather coarse.
So let's just put it this way.
This is, bar NONE, the hardest level in this hack. Even including 5-X.
It kind of looks like you just took a Kaizo level and slapped it in here.

i already fixed those (and i couldn't replicate the second bug anyway, only once)

I made the hardest level. Nice.

My point was it's definitely not the hardest level in the hack, nor is it a kaizo level. There is a bit of (obviously intentional) jank in there, but overall I felt it was a good difficulty for a bonus level for World 1 considering the difficulty of the other levels in the world.
