Well, I didnt exactly wanted to do anything this C3, but since I made some pretty nice ports AND since I have some samples I ripped that could be useful for porters, I decided to do it.

Anyway, before you download my samples, here`s a heads-up: these samples are ALL in WAV format (besides, like, one of them, but I dont exactly bother with BRR that much) AND they arent tuned (well, more like I dont have much idea on how to tune a WAV sample), so you`ll probably have to do the tunings/BRR conversion yourself. Sorry for any inconveniences this might cause, btw.

Anyway, well, here it is:

https://dl.dropbox.com/s/67qgfk5slrifioo/Things.rar?dl=0

In here you`ll find a compilation of some of my recent (and arguably best) ports, so nothing like bad volume issues or untuned samples (at least the ones I KNOW the tunings of/are already tuned). Anyway, the selection goes like so:

SPCs:

-Castlevania III: Aquarius
-F-Zero Climax: Port Town
-Megaman 4: Cossack Stage 3-4 (or 2, if you prefer)
-Megaman 10: Deep In Space
-Shining Force 2: To Arms
-Street Fighter Alpha 2: Adon
-Street Fighter Alpha 2: Rolento

Samples:
-F-Zero X Drum Samples (not by me btw, they`re all ripped by Tony Thai. I just cutted and downsampled some of the samples to be better used on the SNES)
-MMPR (SNES) Title Screen Voice Samples (Go Go Power Ranger, Mighty Morphin Power Ranger!)
-The complete Megaman X sample set, including some SFX from the games!
-Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie Samples
-Rock `n Roll Racing Samples
-Spider Man and X-Men in Arcade`s Revenge Samples (not named, btw)
-Super Off Road Samples

And yeah, that`s mostly it! Sorry for not showing anything else, but this C3 seriously caught me by surprise, so I couldnt whip up many stuff for you guys. lol

I must say that I'm really impressed by these. I really love the modern, MegaMan X feeling you gave to the classic Megaman ports !
You should turn your Dropbox link into a proper clickable one, tho, or else people will believe they can't download the songs.

Thanks! And yup, its fixed now. I didnt really know how to do this, and since I never bothered to do that in the first place, I just kinda forgotten to do that entirely, hehe. lol

Oops, it seems that the Port Town port (portception?) I made had some volume issues along with a missing chord in the strings. It should be hopefully fixed now.

I feel like some of the harmony in the ports are a bit quiet than usual.

Cool ports. I see you're really into the Megaman Games. I really should give them a go sometime.

Yeah, I actually had to lower the volume in these so it wouldnt become too hard to listen to (since my older ports were MUCH louder than this), but I did try my best to make the backing melodies louder so it would be listenable at some extent, but at the same time not make them TOO powerful so it doesnt overpower the leads. I`m still trying to perfect that, though. lol

Thanks! And yeah, the games are definitely great, but pretty hard. Not Ninja Gaiden hard, but more like Castlevania hard, so expect a lot of precise jumping, knockback and bottomless pits/spikes... until the X series, that is, where they actually give you more stuff to combat that, but the games are still hard either way.

Well, here`s another port. Probably will be the last one I post here:

When you put so much work on a shitty game`s OST, even going so far as doing some parts by ear

Seriously, god DAMN was this hard to do... The thing that mostly gave me trouble was the portamentos here, since they were SO complicated to do, so much I even had to put the notes by ear and THEN do the portamentos because the damn portamento function wasnt working unless I actually put the damn notes by ear... Sorry if it sounds a bit ass btw, but I`m not in the mood to go through this again until after a while, so I guess you COULD count this as a WIP of sorts, I dunno tbh...
