Just realized I probably should have put the midpoint on my screen. Could that be added in the next base file or something...? Don't think it'd be worth it to like submit a 'update' to my screen just to add a midpoint ;p sorry for not doing this earlier!!

Updated the base Patch. Now it uses SA-1 because we went over the sprite limit in level 105. It doesn't use time up fix or No More Sprite Tile Limits anymore since they're not comatible with SA-1.

I will be going out now, so I won't be able to update this in a while.

Also I request to posses the ability to modify screen labelled number 15 on the stage labelled number 9 please (thesaurus didn't help me this time -_-)

I have to say, I'm really happy about how this turned out. I didn't expect this concept to become so popular. Really guys, a huge thanks for contributing to this.

What about all kinds of strange generators and such? Are they allowed or not?

Anyway I did screen 12 for the cave level. I tried to follow the rules the best that I could so pm me if there is a problem. I'm assuming nobody claimed screen 12 so if they did, just fit my level in somewhere.

I will include a mario level file too. I'm using version 2.43 LM.



And the Mario Level file that you apparently didn't want in your first thread yet everyone is giving you and its probably easier to work with than an image.

By the way, the main post says that sprite memory is 10, but it's 00 in base ROM for some reason?? It probably should be changed to sprite memory 10 to allow for SA-1 Patch to work.

I didn't think of this. I almost want to disallow them because they can interfiere with other people's screens, (especially if they are already in the ROM), but since we're using SA-1 it shouldn't be a problem.

For now I'll allow it, but if other screens become too hard because of it I'll remove it or put a turn off generator sprite somewhere.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, but I never said I didn't want a mwl file.

I updated the base patch with the latest screens.

I'll be outside for most of the day, so I won't be able to give this a lot of attention until this evening. There's still a lot of free screens for level 09, but if they get full, fell free to start a new level with new settings and I'll take care of everything when I come back.
