Description: Unlike other patch versions of the classic SMB3 P-meter, this one is rather an uberasm tool code.
The code works, however these two issues impede me from approving it.

- The code doesn't compile if !SSB_Size is $01. You wrote PLB ...loop instead of BPL. Please test your code for insertion errors before submitting.
- When the sound of running at full speed is playing and you pause the game, the sound doesn't stop. Add an ORA $13D4 below the $9D check.

Fix those issues and it should be fine.
