Hey everyone! I'm trying to jot down some notes on the RAM Map, specifically for the PC overworld stats currently and there's a few chunks of data that have me concerned as they are not noted anywhere from what I've seen.
7F:F8AF - Current Coins (2 bytes)
7F:F8B1 - Current FP
7F:F8B2 - Max FP
7F:F8B3 - Frog Coins (2 bytes)
7F:F8B5 - 7F:F8BC - Saved Game's name
7F:F8BD - Jump increment power (2 bytes but only the low bit is read)
7F:F8BE - UNUSED (Processed with Jump increment power but ultimately unused)
7F:F8BF - Mystery Egg/Lamb's Lure counters (Stored to 7E:E012 in battle)
Mystery Egg counter decrements from 10 to 0
Lamb's Lure counter increments from 0 to 48
7F:F8C0 - Super Jump record
7F:F8C1 - 7F:F8C1 - Lucky Jewel counter (Stored to 7E:E014 in battle/after battle) (2 bytes)
7F:F8C3 - ??? (Stored to 7E:E016 in battle) (2 bytes)
7F:F8C5 - ??? (Stored to 7E:E01B in battle) (2 bytes)
7F:F8C7 - ??? (Stored to 7E:E01A in battle) (2 bytes)
7F:F8C9 - ??? (Stored to 7E:E01C in battle) (2 bytes)
7F:F8CB - ??? (Stored to 7E:E01E in battle) (2 bytes)
7F:F8CD - Moleville Mountain time
7F:F8CF - Background movement direction (Read in Main Menu)
7F:F8D0 - 7F:FBC0 - UNUSED?
Do we have any idea what ??? areas are? It'd be extremely nice to note these so I have less to worry about when it comes to modification.
Also if that UNUSED? data is really unused. As far as I can tell, it truly is completely unused.
If anyone has anymore notes on any of the RAM map that'd be wonderful! There's a lot of in-battle enemy data that's not noted whatsoever either. Same with the PCs.
