Originally posted by FalconpunchThis area's got a clever setup, but it's not clear to the player on what they have to do at first. Even if the player does know though, the window where Mario has to go drop down before he's hit is very small. I'd consider adding a coin down there and extending the platform to the right slightly.
I moved the line guide end pieces back a tile, which makes the setup a little bit easier to deal with if you miss the jump the first time.
Originally posted by FalconpunchOther than that, Big Rez's Big City is a very fun level! I'd like to see what you'll do or change when adding the finishing touches, in terms of, well, anything, really. If you can finish these things up, you should be go to go!
Cheers! I have a few finishing touches to add, like an extra room, the yoshi coins, more coins, decor, tweaked level design, and perhaps a pre-boss room. I'll see what I can do.

Oops. Fixed, just redownload it.
Originally posted by SLBros. This is fucking amazing. As a novice, I can barely understand how the exAnims are done. Drives me crazy tbh
It was really easy actually, I just recolored one color of the line-guide for a bunch of tiles, then used exanimation to rotate the pallet. Feel free to look how I did it in the editor, this is why I leave my things unlocked.
Originally posted by IvyYeah, I was smiling at myself with a mere 6 slots of exanimation used. This is just ridiculously amazing.
There's only seven in this level, so don't feel too bad.
Thanks all for the comments! Expect another demo within a week or two, which should be the final version, the one with all the bells a whistles and extra polish and such.
