Thanks for the feedback ft. I can see how some parts aren't intuitive on a blind playthrough. By "green Koopa part" did you mean the shelled Koopa on the spikes? Also I don't know how to fix the music from resetting :/

About the big boo section, frozenquills also had issues with that part, I'll make it simpler. I'm also not sure what to do about the columns, maybe I'll make the background columns a lighter color.

Green koopas next to the vine block and the wiggler. At first I thought you had to do something really precise and tricky, but now my method is to use the first koopa to get myself situated. I then cape-spin the vine block and jump on the second koopa back to safety.
Yup, that's the intended strat. I was thinking about replacing them with a wiggler to make it easier, but it was glitching out due to sprite limits or something.
