L3 screw-up?

Help

I'm using Flower Garden as BG1, Grass as BG2, Clouds as BG3, and 3C (for the Koopas and Goombas. Correct me if I'm mistaken) as the Sprite Tileset.

However, when I test my level, the L3 clouds are garbled with some messed-up sprite GFX and they're in front of L1 and L2. I want them to be behind L1 and L2.

Hiw do I fix this? Is it because of the sprite tileset? Also I linked message 02 to message 00 and edited it with Y.I.P.E.S., and it worked, but when I edit the level in GE, the mesage changes back to the vanilla one for some reason. I set the freespace to 49A0 (or maybe 49 something?)

How do I fix that also?

Change the Level Mode in the header settings to 0B, and change the settings under the "Animation" tab so that Layer 3 is either "Clouds" or "Smiley Clouds".
