Custom Mario Palette

I patched my ROM with Custom Mario Palette, but Mario ended up being purple where the patch was supposed to fix it. I never had issues with this before, so how do I fix it?

EDIT: When Mario turns super, he gets Luigi's Colors. Even with a Fire Flower, it keeps regular Luigi's colors. Luigi has Mario's colors. I didn't change the palettes, nor the patch after it worked successfully for the first time. The only other patch in the ROM is No More Sprite Tile Limits.

EDIT 2: I deleted the patch, started with a new ROM, and patched in the patch again, starting from scratch. It works now, so solved?
Porting music is like walking down a street. Sometimes it goes nicely and sometimes you wANT TO STAB SOMEONE IN THE HEAD DUE TO HOW HARD TH IS IS
What other patches did you have installed in your modified ROM? It's usually caused because you have a patch such as 32x32 Mario GFX or 8x8 Mario Tiles DMA-er, which modify the same area.

I already solved the problem, and it was No More Sprite Tile Limits.
