Zombie Release?

perhaps all you guys should ask chineesmw of what he thinks of a zombie release of smwcp2. after all he was the last one who commented in late February 2017.
Personally, I think a zombie release is pointless. As long as there's people that want to help there's no reason to throw out 6-7 years of hard work. Hypothetically, it is zombified...what then? I'd immediately start the revival project, so as long as people can help now there's no point. There's no point in having it cancelled just to be revived immediately after when people can help out now.
I talked to Lui37 about this yesterday (briefly), and there are plans to start work on it again in the upcoming weeks. Of course, this has been said time and time again by literally everyone involved in the project, so who knows what will actually come out of it.

There will probably be a news post or something, though.
