Description: Makes it so spinjumping requires a powerup instead of being an ability. Requested by Yoshiatom.

Note that this might be incompatible with the custom powerups patch; besides, if you're using that patch you can just disable the powerups which allow it.
The sound when picking up the powerup does not play on a SA-1 ROM, but it does on a regular ROM.
Maybe you missed an address when making the hybrid patch? Furthermore it would be nice if you made it act like a powerup in that it places your previous powerup in the item box.
