IMHO it's worth to add more details to the foreground, for example: capacitors, triggers, other flashing mechs. Excess of ceramic tiles looks flat and boring.

World 5-4 is complete! It is a Ice Cave Level which you play as Wario, and you need to deal with Blue Lava and Blue Fire Enemies, and you also fight a stronger and faster version of Fryguy:
