Hello, I have recently been getting into SMW rom hacks. After playing some VLDC7, 8, and 9. I have been interested in making and submitting a level of my own. Can someone help me get started.

Yea VLDCX submissions has been closed, you are too late.

But OLDC(old-school level design contest) and kaizo level design contests are still open, so you can make level for those instead.

lolwut kaizo level design is closed

But yeah VLDC is an annual thing, only comes once a year. There's still time to make a more limited level for OLDC though.

But yeah, you (the OP) can still try to create a level for OLDC in the meantime!
