Erik's ASM Showcase and Request Booth [Requests closed]

I'm preety sure the first two things I asked for won't make it.I'll try one more thing that hackers could benefit from. In SMB3 the pswitch/star time doesn't reset when opening doors or entering pipes. I have wanted this since day one of smw hacking. It can level design more interesting.

Yeah I'd rather do this one. I'll give it a shot.
Just saw what you've already done with all these requests, and I have to say that I'm deeply impressed. Not only by the quality of your productions, but also the speed at which you're making them, and even the simple fact that you ran again an ASM request thread. You're doing a madman's work and I wanted to say that I really respect that, and wish you the best of luck to finish them (not that you'll need any with your skills xD )
Oh wow I like it. How about a flying mega mole?
So requests are back open, eh? I had a idea, how about a sliding Rex? It works like a sliding Koopa but if you jump on it it turns into a stomped Rex and when it's done sliding it turns into a normal Rex.

Here's the graphic. Just stick the normal Rex tile on top of that sunken by 3 pixels and you should be good to go I think.
Alright, C3 is over so no more requests. I'll reply with my final say to those I said "maybe" or those who I missed. If I don't get to finish them when the forum closes, I'll still try to get them done and send them via PM.

Perfect. That is exactly how I envisioned it. Great work dude :D
A good thing for you to do would be to make a list of what you got requested and simply say "Yes" or "No", that way people will have a clear answer on what to expect, and not blindly hoping their request will see the light of day, or be forever lost to the wind.
I agree with Skewer, anyone (including myself) who are not having their request fulfilled here will want to take the request elsewhere IF it's not being done here.

A Broozer that destroys cement blocks (and maybe kills other sprites) with its punches. Should behave kind of like the NSMB one, blindly running in Mario's direction all the time and punching everything in its way.

A sprite version of this patch to work with this one of yours. I think the hearts could be shown at the bottom, or just like SMB2 did.

SMB2 panser sprite that actually functions like smb2 panser and not buggy and badly edited smb3 hammer bro.

A 16x16 minecart sprite that you yourself can enter is basically the auto run sprite with the minecart GFX in front of the player, but you can "eject" yourself by pressing 'A', and re-enter another one by just touching it.

An amazing flying hammer bro that sits still. Instead of tossing hammers, he throws hammers straight down in a sequence. Sequences of 3 fast in a row with short break in between. Maybe MAYBE extra bit changes up sequence. Thanks man in advance if you can do it

can you make a sprite
Ooh yay! Happy day, I will be thanking you Erik and looking forward to teh power of da Spider! Again, you have my extreme gratitude.
So I tried out Super Mario Advance 2 again to make sure on the colored Yoshi's appearing based on your power up...

Yes Blue Yoshi always appear out of a block when your cape mario, and for fire mario you get red yoshi out of the block always.

I tried small and big (super) mario but they come out in random colors.

So make I would make green yoshi appear when small mario hits the yoshi block and then yellow yoshi to appear when big mario hits the yoshi block.

This also applies to the second player too.

They will only appear in blocks when you find the colored yoshi's for the first time in Star World like in SMA2. This is making me want to make an SNES port of SMA2....
Oh well, good luck with the requests you are taking on!

If I am right or not doesn't green yoshi appear only in the big (super) form?
