This actually looks incredible! From those Mario Sunshine challenge rooms to even that sexy space-in-glass thing this looks a lot better than the original SM64 already.

Can't wait to actually see this finished especially!
Your layout has been removed.

Thank you very much! We're happy to hear that.

Small update

I fixed some oversights, so, for the best experience, use the 1.1 patch. It can be downloaded with the same link in the first post.

Please tell me this is the fan-made prequel to Luigi-s Mansion...
Does this work on real hardware? I downloaded an N64 emulator (project 64) years back and that emulator never really worked for me. The analog stick never would recognize its max extension and I got glitchy graphics sometimes.

Now, I've heard that many SM64 hacks don't work on real hardware because all of the hacking tools apparently never were accurate to real hardware.

Anyway, I'm wanting to play some of these sm64 hacks, but I only like real hardware as of now and I might get a flashcart for the N64 to do so.

But again, will this work on real hardware and will there ever be an enforcement here at smwc to make the sm64 hacks work on legit consoles?
Well, you basically said it yourself, no it isn't. However, our community is working towards better tools which make SM64 rom hacks compatible with real hardware. Unfortunately, we aren't that far yet, and the fact that previous tool makers (i.e. Skelux, VlTone, etc.) never made their tools open source, handicapping our progress to advance as a rom hacking community.
Now that there are more experienced people coming to this field, we can finally begin working towards hardware compatibility and better assembled rom hacks.

I hope this answers your question. c:

It was fun making this demo with you BlackStone, hope everyone enjoys the demo!
Oh glad to finally see a demo being released, was pretty fun beta testing it so I hope those who play it have the same amount of joy I did.

Those are some SEXY textures. Seriously, that should be NSFW. Well done Team Cornersoft, this looks amazing.
