Like the Frost Giant Goomba, this sprite is just a basic modification to the original sprite and thus I can't find any good reason to keep it. It also has a(n albeit minor) bug that was intended to be fixed upon its release 10 years ago. If a new Frost Series sprite set needs to exist, they'll need more features than this.
