Hello there. I'm here to release my kaizo hack, called "Oh no! Trapped in Goomba land". It's a hack that I made for YouTuber, and my attempt at good kaizo. It have only 1 level, and unedited Overworld map! Awesome! But don't worry, "YouTuber hack" doesn't means it's bad!

It features "forgivable" kaizo difficulty. It gives you multiple doors-checkpoints, so you don't have to redo whole level again and again. It can be perfect for new kaizo players. Of course if you want true challenge, who said you can use 'em #tb{;)}

In this hack you have to do Goomba jumps! And that's it!

Uhh, you want pictures? Here you go:

How to do this jump?

How to do this jump???

the idea of ROM is pretty good, but it is likely that you will have few levels for the few ideas of kaizo goomba, but I wish you good luck with the hack and hope that I am wrong with the idea of the few levels ...
Moving this to the appropriate subforum...

I didn't play this hack just yet, but from what I can see, the first screenshot can be skipped by simply pulling off a simple jump and not needing the goomba altogether, especially if the entire level is gonna focus on one sprite.
I could be mortally wrong, but you'll find out soon.

I dunno, I think it's no really possible, but... huh.
What? Why thread got moved? I mean I released hack, so it probably should be in full hack releases... isn't it? Maybe I just don't know something...

You're not really wrong on that one, but usually kaizo hacks go in this here subforum. You can still post your full kaizo hack in the forum it was before anyway.

This level is actually alright. You can make the aforementioned jump by holding down A and landing on the nearby ledge, so I suggest you lower that small pipe wall in order to make the jump harder. In fact, a lot of those hops are much easier to do, like this one. I suggest to develop more puzzles (and more levels too!) and increase the difficulty a bit as you go. Also, fix the glitched letters in the title screen.
I most likely won't update it, because I already finished it and done with it. It's just a simple "Kaizo beginner" level. I'll just make new kaizo hack instead.
