A fixed version of MarioE's ground pound patch. All I did was remove the slide code so it could be compatible with asar (so you don't slide like a bullet, doesn't need original ground pound to be inserted.)
Now it includes full asar and SA-1 support.

NOW it is SA-1 compatible (fixed some bogus conversions and added others forgotten in previous version).
v2.0: added an option and some hijacks to make possible to ground pound onto spiky enemies (similar to the spin jumping).
Deactivating the possibility to ground pound "spiky" enemies causes the game to crash or softlock when the player attempts it, as well as when the player jumps on any sprite on the title screen demo.
On a side note, two things that could be neat to see implemented: the option to not play any or certain SFXs, and the option to perform "continuous" ground pounding (keep the player in the appropriate state after doing it on a "spiky" enemy). These are only mere suggestions, though.
