I don't see the point of adding a description to the length. I doubt the fields related to it are unclear enough to need instructions and it's pretty obvious what you're constraining by setting the length filter.

That one already exists, unless you're suggesting that a ≠ should be added to the label of the != which already exists. Again, I'm not sure I see the point - most programming languages, including Asar conditionals, use the same notation for "not equals", so I'm not sure if anyone using the filter would need that clarification.
