I assume you're talking about a collab ROM which is a compilation of the levels; the tendency is this VLDCX collab won't be released for quite a bit of time, if the organizators decide to release it at all. I haven't seen any discussion regarding this for the last months.

A top 60 collab is being worked on. It's not being worked on in public channels but it is being worked on.
