Tip: When making your overworld, mix the terrain up! Angled land and multiple colors looks much more interesting than square land and plain colors. Not logged in.

SHIFT POST 64 / SUPER HACKIO 64
------------------------------------------------------------------

Note: This is my very first finished SM64 hack. I used the original game as an experiment.

Shift Post 64, otherwise known as Super HACKIO 64 is the familiar vanilla game but it is spiced up as a palette swap. However, not only is it a palette swap, but it's also a difficulty increase hack as well. The game includes some higher quality graphics most notably in the HUD and menus. There's also a brand new story I made up for the game. It's not really meant to be taken seriously, but it has to do with Mario and Bowser 20-30 years in the future when they are much older and done with conflict.

------------------------------------------------------------------
GENERAL CHANGES
------------------------------------------------------------------

-Palette swapped textures
-Higher quality graphics for certain characters
-Harder obstacles in levels
-Music changes in different stages
-Major changes to the dialogue
-Stars are harder to reach in some cases

I want to hear feedback. Considering this is my first attempt at hacking SM64, do you think this is decent enough to qualify as a hack people would enjoy?

It looks really good so far! However instead of just changing the palettes of the level, I think you should also change the climate of the levels. Like making Hazy Maze Cave a snow level or Tall, Tall Mountain a fire level.

Congratulations! You have just met BroDute's number 1 fangirl.
