We don't accept blocks made from Blockreator (and even then, certain stuff are redundant in the block like changing the acts like in the same frame).
And besides, ice blocks already exist, not to mention that they're more varied (including a 32x32 ice block, frozen dragon coins and frozen sprites, all which your blocks lack).
