Mario gets woken up from a nap and goes out for revenge. Kaizo light hack to be played in one sitting about 1-2 hours expected.
Disable Start Select: Lets players easily take power ups between levels and break them. I can skip a lot of game by taking yoshi or a cape into the other levels. Level breaks are not allowed in kaizo and many by themselves can lead to hack rejection.
Too Much Cement... cement is lazy level design. Star blocks are really weird as death blocks.
--Road to Risen Glory-- Glitched redblocks that act as coins, yeah we know blue coins do that, it doesnt look good.
Lots of sprite memory issues with chucks, mushrooms and the p switch just randomly disappearing. Skip the entire ending challenge with the p switch by carrying it and staying small.
Overall kind of bland for a kaizo hack. I was kind of excited to see what someone could do with the rope glitch, but I was disapointed that it was just climbing in between enemies the whole way. There are some neat stuff you can do though that could fit in here.
Entering the castle from the midway gives me this.

2nd half of the level was pretty confusing. I ended up doing this then just running over the munchers.
Took me forever to find this even though you don't need it.

Can just shoot the enemies before you slide under or just wait to stomp on them with a mushroom... fire
Overall, needs a lot of polish in the aesthetics and gameplay department. There are some good ideas thrown around in this hack that I would love to see fleshed out.
