The SMW Central Creativity Convention - a timeline in pictures

10th Anniversary Timeline
Version 1.0

During C3, I quickly whipped up this timeline (original thread goes here) similar to what WYE made this. Anyways, this timeline shows how C3 was evolved through the years—from the very first C3 all the way to the present, you could see how C3 looks like.

A few things to remember:
  • This timeline is highly subjective—it's almost definitely not exactly how C3 is in your mind. Yes, I do remember all C3 stuff these days.
  • Yes, I forgot <x>. I also forgot <y>. I didn't really do this systematically at all, just mixing personal memories with more or less thorough research in some areas and none whatsoever in others. I don't mean to offend you by leaving out the stuff you care about! By all means go ahead and make your own personal timeline, or have multiple people make one together. That'll be interesting!
  • Nothing in here is supposed to be a negative comment on past or current trends—it's all just observations, no judgment.
  • Many pictures don't have a clear point in time associated with them. Some are my best guesses, and some appear too far apart from each other because graphics.
  • And yes, it contains words too, where appropriate.

I hope you like this, folks! If there's anything missing, please let me know by posting feedback in this thread!
EDIT:OMG! PALINDROMATIC POST!
damn you missed only all of my tools releases which blew up 97% of the c3s that i participated and cooked chester :((((((((((!!?

That's quite nostalgic, I remember most of the old C3s when I was just a 10-11 year old kid lurking for awesome stuff. Timelines are fun!

Thank you Ersanio the SMWC creator for making part of my childhood hahahahahs @ 2008/2009 pics

That's really nice, I remember some of these, here and there.
I wonder what a in-depth timeline would be like, it probably wouldn't work in one picture, probably would need a whole article with multiple pages just for that.
Хуй войне!
