Description: This is a calm and somewhat melancholic song from the PSX game "Digimon World 3", played in the "Badlands" area. It could fit mountain or temple themed levels (it's not suited for fast-paced levels). Most of the samples used have been extracted from the game.

SPC

Small things slowly added up that could help improve this port. The way I see it, you have the base skeleton filled in with the right samples and a bit of mixing. I actually think it's well ported, but it could be better. While the channel 7 xylophone is right, the triangle in channel 8 does not play the same notes in sync with it. The triangle's 3 note loop is supposed to end with a g (yours goes back to e). The triangle then continuously plays that pattern throughout the song unlike the xylophone which is correct from what I can hear. Your port also has no dynamics in it. At the very least the triangle is noticeable enough to need it on the SPC. The first two notes are rather quiet and duck behind the harp but the third note is at least double the volume. I believe the harp channel is missing a note prior to the last note of each measure (I count 5 where's you have 4). Last but not least was the @0, the ADSR could be better, attack wise at least. Its too hard while the original's is soft (it's also missing important vibrato). The absolute last thing, USE $F4 $02! This port REALLY benefits from it. When you do, be careful bc it does toggle everytime it's played through, so put an intro command after it to prevent this. Fix these issues and it'll be a welcome edition to the music section!
