Made another small edit, gomen everyone ^^D. Small edit, forgot to add $f4 $02 to the SMB2 Title theme, so added that in as well as more slight text edits. This SHOULD be the last edit before the it gets moderated. *runs way from angry mob*

That truly was a big challange but the main thing was to NOT use custom adsr. It HAD to remain the same. Ofc we ended having some fun and didn't want it to go unnoticed so we kept the alternative version of most songs!

Hecks yeah, I really wanna update that. Thanks for the constructive criticism, smw's bass sample is rather soft and lowering the sustain made it quieter. I'll have to play more around with it or even goes as far as changing every volume value just like with every instance of a @4 instrument.

Wow that's a huge amount of music! Props to you for porting these songs and also for including Mario Maker and GBA tracks, I'm sure a lot of people will enjoy an use them :D

Extremely nice stuff. I love using vanilla Mario tracks whenever I make levels (which isn't particularly often, but...)

Dang, I have 162 songs and 136 sfx, what's 1 more song I can add/forgot to make it 163 songs and 136 sfx!

Hope the sound effects are working fine as well.

I know some of them SMW already includes and unfortunately adding the hardcoded sound effects (such as wind) would require modifying the N-SPC engine so unfortunately those couldn't be ripped.

If there is more interest I can try ripping SFX from more games and making more collaborative music packs as well. Who knows if Yoshi's Island can be the next?

Some of the sound effects are a bit odd, but ultimately I'd like to thank you for going through the effort of making all of them in the first place - it's great to hear something new from the same old actions.

To go into some specifics, the Charging Jump (4A, 1D9C) is actually the explosion sound effect (when it should be this). The Time Running Out sfx (1D, 1DFC) just sounds wrong, Flame Breath (17, 1DFC) is inaudible, and Detonator Fuse Burning (1B, 1DFC) isn't the correct sound at all (it's the same as the 'Releasing ! Blocks' sfx).

From the bit of research I've done it is by Nintendo and was the the prototype version of smb2. Funny enough it sounds closer to the 16 bit arrangement which I do think it was based off of.

Vitor is the one who did the sfx and noted that some of the spc dumps amk generates off or simply buggy. Idk the exact technical reasons as to why but they do work in game (at least from what I tested).

You were most definitely right. "2E Podoboo (-71% pan).txt" was using the charging jump sfx data and "4A Charging jump (SMB2).txt" was using the bomb explosion data. Fixed it by correcting 2E's, corrected 4A's sfx, and added a 4F for Explosion sfx. If you catch anything else, please let me know. Redownload for these updates!

Sorry for the double post but important info yet again. The pack went through some extensive fixing on the ALL sfx. Every sfx with the exception of 3E Chattering should now work. Make sure to read the readme for more info on this (or description). 2 extra "songs were also added, the intro chattering, both the American and Japanese version.

I generally don't end up in music threads, but I have to stop in and give you props for the sheer magnitude of all of this. I mean... Look at it all. Of particular interest to me are the custom sound effects, which is something we're quite in need of in my opinion. Sinc-X, Vitor and musicalman too, all of you, truly work well done!

Just think about how much free time you'll have now for music remoderation!
Can't believe it took that long to port from a Mario game..
