Our story starts in a small Bulgarian bedroom-turned-office on the dark evening of ██/██/2018. As our protagonist, Telinc1, shifted through his various belongings, he noticed a peculiar red flash drive. Upon inserting it into his USB port and opening his file manager, he found a folder buried deep within the FAT32 filesystem of the flash drive. Within it were - he gasped in awe as he perused its contents...
The journey to extract these files has been a long and difficult one, but - at last - you may finally witness the completely untouched timeless classics of a whole nother era, unsullied by modern standards and conceptions of what counts as music, including:
Back in 2012 some of these ports could've actually passed the moderation. Nowasay they won't stand a chance though. I wouldn't call it directly a "pleasure" to listen to them, but at least the ones i heard are not ear-searing and it was definitely amusing to listen to them.
So, after listening to all 12 of these tracks, I can say that they're old. Though- in all honesty- there's a magic in old custom music tracks for SMW that can be well-appreciated. And- in additional honesty- the port of the track "Kraid's Lair" isn't that bad, and would fit well in any basic cave stage.
Actually, now thinking about it, I think I may use the Kraid's Lair track in my hack. It's decent and sounds appropriate for caves. So thanks, Telinc1, for these tracks- even if only a few of these tracks are actually useful.
