This block gives you powerup if you stand on it or hit it below. If you want another powerup change it in ASM. If you don't change ASM default powerup of this block will be Big Mario #$01.

Nice to know you've got an interest on ASM but... this block does not cut out. Sorry, it can be made with blockreator, and your code is a little bogus; I mean, why an INC $19 since you'll set its value later? Rejected.
