It's midnight here and I was handed the C3 Results and told to post them so Here We Gooooooooo! Stay tuned after the vote results to see the results of the Super Smash Bros Crew Scoring.
Some quick notes on the results:

(Credit to MarioFanGamer for writing the commentary this year! Thank you MFG!)
Yeah, you can see why each one won, but for different reasons: Sariel gave feedback pretty often (seriously, are there any threads where Sariel didn't post?), whereas WYE and Eevee didn't post so often and went for quality over quantity.
Each of their works are impressive, that is true.
Team Frog Warehouse and Team Välfärd's Extra Mario World. Both hacks do an impressive job with graphics (just look at Daisy's smooth frames!) and ASM (multiple characters, heck yeah!). Expect them to be the next Brutal Mario (please finish them instead of leaving them in a demo limbo.)
A Plumber For All Seasons is made by a single person (at least for the most part), and WYE is openly an artist and his ASM skills aren't lacking either.
Yoshifanatic stands out even more because his work isn't a hack, but rather he's working on a disassembly not just for SMW - but also SMAS; the latter helps in the development of creating SMAS hacks. His insight on the game is also really helpful for understanding certain glitches.
And Dyzen is a tool dedicated to code sprites which is part of SNESOffice, an 65c816 SNES ASM/SMW IDE. He also included an ASM request part of his thread, and some of the sprites are really impressive (including releasing a boss).
Smaller revolutions in SMW hacking appear from time to time.
Vitor is an excellent tool coder and ASMer, no doubt. However, while Lunar Magic wasn't released on C3 (a couple weeks before, in fact), he is the reason for bigger levels in SMW. Moreover, he also is going to replace some of the outdated tools that are difficult to use.
Dyzen is really helpful for sprite coding. After all, sprites can get pretty complex (did I tell you I never used it?), and an IDE specific for 65c816 SNES ASM (or SMW) is even more helpful.
Yoshifanatic's disassembly, again, helps the development of SMAS hacking and might revolutionise SMW hacking too.
Who expected Team Frog Warehouse's hack which rivals Extra Mario World? (The surprise release of the custom spiny might have helped).
Tools can get pretty complex (although Vitor might disagree with that). Either way, a tool request might be surprising for one or another so props to Vitor for that.
Super Mario Bros. R also might have surprised one - and the fact that you can play a demo and it's more awesome than what is shown.
Given they already won Most Impressive and also aren't released yet, it isn't a surprise to see Team Frog Warehouse's hack, Extra Mario World and A Plumber For All Seasons winning this category too.
Sometimes, less is more which might happen if you haven't got many ideas or much time for C3 stuff.
Wakana usually release multiple ports (and of a good quality too), so releasing only a single port is the obvious result of winning this category.
A Plumber For All Seasons progresses very slowly; WYE is a quite busy boy.
And finally, Tob released three graphics (a completely custom, one of already existing graphics and a mixed one) so the quantity here isn't very large too.
Pat continuing his "C3 in a few minutes" series full of memes and other jokes to show off lots of submissions, Minuy'sterrible awesome Photoshop (I hope you use Photoshop) skills about images with Stingy, and xfix's attempt to solve the p-switch mystery.
(Sadly, the true mystery of the p-switch never has been solved. xfix might have gotten an idea but sadly, it's the wrong one. I also don't want to end up like Telinc1 so I'm keepin my mouth shut...)
These... exist. They can't really be identified, and are weird even for regular misc. threads.
C3 can be hit or miss. Either you get all attention, no attention, or "just" some attention; the latter sucks the most.
The fact that the top three entries are all 1st place, the only one to win a prize and all got three votes tells you: yes, each of the entries are overlooked indeed.
Not many hacks get to the final state, so this list turned out pretty small. Props to anyone who managed to gather some votes.
Either way, GbreezeSunset, creator of Banzai Mario World, and MiracleWater, a lurker, came together to make Nachos and Fried Oreos. It's a promising but difficult Kaizo-lite hack which really tests your skills.
KRACK THE HACK is a prequel to Daizo's series starring the Rixzo leader Krack (a character of the same species as Daizo's own character), who transformed into a Koopa and thus rescues the rest of the Rixzo. Also kudos to Mellonpizza who worked on the coding side.
Blue Leaf's Super Mario Balloon World is much simpler. In fact, it is a blatant edit of SMW. However, it does feature a twist: it replicates Luigi's Balloon World from Super Mario Odyssey into SMW. Can you find all balloons in SMW?
SMW The Princess Rescue 2 is another finished hack. In fact, not only has it been finished, but it's pretty large too.
Not all unfinished hacks aren't playable. Demos allow you to taste the hack without relying on screenshots - and a good demo usually results in a good finished hack. Eevee's Sicari 2, LMPuny's pseudo 8-bit hack Super Mario Bros R and Team Välfärd's Extra Mario World were chosen to win this trophy because these hacks are going to be awesome, and their demos are awesome.
You may not be able to play them yet, but the videos and screenshots alone tell you "this hack is going to be awesome."
That's why you have voted for Team From Warehouse and WYE (both having won other awards this C3) and Maarfy's threads. You already know the former two, but the remainder, Maarfy's hack, is about giving SMW more controls and making it more playground-y.
These really test your skills, either with raw skill (Kaizo light) or taking your TAS skills to the limits (Pit).
The top 3 Kaizo hacks are Gbreeze and Lazy's Banzai Mario World 2, Sariel's INFERNVM and jesus's hack, all showcasing custom resources to varying degrees.
While this category saw the fewest entries, as this is a SMW-focused community, four people won trophies.
We were shown that RussianMan not only hacks SMW but also SMB3, Anonimato showcased his FE8 hack, Rykon-V73 showed off a YI demo, and NovaSquirrel even created an NES homebrew.
Trailers, showcases of hacks and other stuff. Publicity is always needed, even for game mods. This can range from simple level showcases like APFAS and Ganymede's trailer or being fancy up to the point of featuring scenes not part of the actual gameplay itself like KRACK THE HACK's trailer.
Artists, you probably would win the ExGFX contest.
PercentN took a tileset request. Falconpunch's graphics look awesome despite not having them released. Tobio not only got 2nd place in Quality over Quantity, but received another trophy here for his graphics as well.
Props to the coders on making the SMW gameplay more varied.
Of course, everyone votes Erik for the impressive number of requests he took and fulfilled before the event ended.
RussianMan released more simple sprites like a customizable Bullet Bill, powerup badges, more variety in Rexes (how many Rexes do we have now?) and sprites to take revenge on Puntin' Chucks are always needed, aren't they?
anonimzwx not only released Dyzen but also made a request thread and even released a boss.
Asar is the heart of SMW hacking (at least the second heart besides Lunar Magic) and adding more features like bigger SA-1 ROM support and the like. No wonder it won 1st place.
Vitor's tool request for more tools (especially replacing old tools) also earned him 2nd place.
anoni's Dyzen rightfully earned a trophy as well, with 3rd place.
LadiesMan deserved this the most because not only did he port the whole SMAS soundtrack, but also ported SMA1 and 4, SMM and Mario Bros songs onto SNES. If you wanted more accurate SMAS songs, even unsampled ones, then you should really credit him (and Vitor, musicalman and Sinc-X who helped along with the soundtrack).
But even Pinci (mostly Kirby songs in KDL3 samples) and Ultima (misc songs from franchises which feature playable characters in Super Smash Bros with one exception) deserve mention for the musics they ported onto SMW. Let's hope there is enough ARAM left for most of their songs, though.
Need resources or want some art from somebody?
Of course Erik's request thread won by fulfilling every request he undertook before C3 voting started and PercentN won for tileset requests.
Noivern also had the unique idea of an art request where everyone can fulfill them. (Seriously, who should receive a trophy for this one?)
Skywin's art request is a more classical art request but it also shows "yes, even with Microsoft Paint you can create awesome art."
Threads regarding SMW hacking which don't fit for the other categories and non-fan game stuff also can be recognized.
Therefore congrats to Super Maks 64, This Eye o' Mine and Ryrir, the Hack Fix/Translation Team, for removing the fixme tag from popular old hacks, even if they don't exist in the hacks sections.
Congratulations to Major Flare (twice!), Decoy Blimp, kamekku14 and ft029 as well.
Worthy threads which didn't manage to win in the proper category (e.g. ASM thread for Best ASM Thread, etc.) or are notable in other unique aspects.
Darolac, ShUriK KiD, KKevinM and anonimato, even if none (or in case of anoni, his smooth SMW animations) managed to win in the other categories.
While, Wakana, ThePat545 and anoni's 2nd thread all have gotten at least a previous trophy but with the support of the community, they can be noted here once more.
