I only watched the video. I feel like it's a little too cramped for chuck usage - I think widening some corridors wouldn't hurt. I really like the survival bit at the end but not much else caught my attention that much. You have plenty of time to make it longer and neater if you want to.
Played the level and while I like the setting of the level and the music choice, it wasn't very fun to play for me. Like Koopster said, the survival bit was the best part but a lot of the level feels pretty cramped. The usage of single munchers combined with lots of chuck projectiles feels a bit amateurish and repetetive. Also, most of the Yoshi Coins require squeezing into a tiny corridor guarded by a chuck which gets old rather quickly, and while I like the idea of going a little bit backwards for the 3-Up-Moon, having to go on that path anyway to get a Yoshi Coin weakens the reward quite a lot.
Overall I think this level has potential but the design could be a lot more enjoyable.
