Whew, that must've been one hell of effort put into all these aesthetics! I like it so far and I'd freaking love to see more progress on it.

I absolutely love the aesthetics you have going on here. The exanimation is also amazing.
Layout by RanAS, modified by yours truly.

That one crazy aesthetic you got there Pokerface. Anyway I like the tileset ,it make it very metallic.

Metallic Metropolis

How in the world did you manage this with vanilla gfx? There HAS to be something custom here beyond flipping or rotating.

That is just insane, and good job.

its possible to do a lot of interesting things with vanilla yet, one of them is picking up miniscule things from the original game and fitting piece by piece to look like something else. In the screenshots for example, if you look with ENOUGH attention, notice that there are parts of pipes, parts of switch palace buttons, part of castles, etc.
Well, great level, PokerFace! sounds pretty good, I'm surprised with every effort you put in this.

I think this is the second person you have basically accused of not abiding by the rules. If you look closely you can clearly tell they are all vanilla tiles that can all be animated in lunar magic itself.

Good job buddie!
It looks great
Yes i am

This is just beyond incredible! Can't wait to play this! #smw{:TUP:}
This literally looks like something ripped out of a sonic game. I'm loving this so much
why are your aesthetics always so amazing.
it confuses me but i love this so much
this looks way better than some hacks that use like 100 exfgx things for one level whoaaa
thats a lot of creativity with the 8x8 stuff
I respect anyone who finishes stuff so astonishing in terms of aesthetics in such a short time. I'll give it a shot whenever I desire.

So, after playing this stage multiple times, I do have to say it looks and feels very refined and well done. Though there are some criticisms that- I feel- hold the stage back from a top 3 spot. Firstly, the graphics. Though they do look amazing- not going to lie- it is often that the complexity of the style makes it unclear what parts of the stage are solid or not. This defiantly applies to the open sections, where the oppressive brown coloring can make me confused with what's decoration, stage collision, or part of an enemy.

Secondly, the gimmicks. Though they are part of the singular theme of a factory, it feels like these elements are separate rather than harmonious- like oil and water- making the many ideas feel oppressive or unfitting. Mabey focusing on just two ideas and experimenting with them would be a better option for the stage- like what Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze did.

And finally, the time. Consistently, I found myself beating the stage at around 50 to 60 seconds of time left. And noting some of the complexities of the stage and the Dragon Coin placements, I do feel that some people will have problems clearing the stage due to the length of the stage not fitting with the timeframe given.

Generally, the stage isn't bad at all; it's a graphically impressive stage! Though some length shortening and more focused gimmicks would indeed benefit the stage.

Anyways, great work! #lm{owexstar}6/10

#lm{owexstar}6/10
(Sorry if I offend you by accident.)
1.

마치 소닉 마니아(Sonic Mania)의 타이타닉 모나크(Titanic Monarch) Act.2 같은 느낌이다(-ㅅ-;;}

1.
Recolor is prohibited, so it is hard because of palette restriction, but I will try once.

2.
I wanted to make a variety of sonic CDs like Past and Bad Future (personal greed)

3.
I wanted to create a level that needed core exploration elements.
I was planning to make a secret road, but I'm sorry to have been banned in this tournament.
And I think the time limit of 500 seconds is unfortunate.

It feels like Sonic Mania's Titanic Monarch Act.2 (- ㅅ - ;;}

I still have issue with the flashing red ! blocks (specifically, the way it's outlined), but I can theoretically think of how it's done. I just... can't believe something like this can be done, it's astoundingly good. Definitely top score material if this is legit - which I have been all but convinced it is.
It's insane how creative people can be with just vanilla resources. If it wasn't a VLDC entry, I probably wouldn't even know it's made entirely out of vanilla tiles.

Good luck on the level, the visuals are impressive. I hope the gameplay will be good too.
