It's nice that you've fixed some of the issues i mentioned, and also used some of the suggestions i gave!
I'll probably not have time to re-review your level before the deadline, so i'll just comment on a few points based on the video.
1:06 Nice setup you have there! The use of the Flying Blocks was pretty good!
1:27 I apreciate the use of coin guides, but this might still be a bit too tight. The Spiny falls down immediately, unlike the Bubble Goomba which takes a while to pop.
1:31 Wow, the use of a Vine there is really clever! I especially like how you use the Rainbow Shell from the previous section to activate it!
1:45 I think this is lacking some coin guides.
1:50 Not really a fan of this ParaGoomba segment. It seems to be pretty much unaltered from the previous version of the level i played, and, as i said before, it feels harder compared to the rest of this room, and feels mostly filler.
2:14 This room also seems pretty much unaltered. It's nice as it is, but i feel it's a bit too short.
2:36 This part is also pretty much unaltered, and it feels too empty...
3:06 Nice setup!
3:54 This still feels a bit filler. You could have tried to spice it up a bit like the one at 3:06.
4:05 Nice, i see you've been trying to use conveyors a bit more! And it adds some variety to this setup!
4:45 This set of jumps still seems a lot harder than everything else in this room. I think you could have made it a bit shorter.
4:57 I see this section has improved!

5:31 I see you've added a Spring here, but it doesn't seem to be really that interesting. You could have made it so we had to actually go get the Spring somewhere (not too far) and then bring it back here.
