I don't think the Map16 stuff was that bad, though I don't know what the troll on the coin ones by the clouds were (if they were just coin blocks, that's fine). The reskinned door also wasn't really an issue, though perhaps you might want to modify it a bit to have a bit more of an impact, since right now you see the real door less than half a second after the fake one. Maybe have the player not immediately wrap, but rather land on the ceiling of the level, so they have to then walk right to the real door.
There is one issue in a couple places of this level that I will point out though, which is waiting. Specifically, at the Goomba part, and against the Boo boss. You end up just sitting in place for a while with nothing to do. When playing the hack savestateless, having to do that waiting every single time you die is a huge pain, and kinda boring. I'd recommend adding something to those two sections to force the player to move some more, or redesign them entirely.
Otherwise, though, the level looks pretty good.
