Since we've had a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic thread on here since it was in its...PRIME...I figure it's high time we got a Transformers thread here too. This franchise about alien robots who turn into cars and the like has been around since 1984, and it's still going strong today. I've been a huge fan of this franchise since the late 90s, when I found myself sucked into the world of Beast Wars. I started collecting the toys on my 15th birthday, when I got Beast Wars Inferno, which, sadly, I no longer have. I also have a modest collection of DVDs, with complete series collections for Generation 1 (the original 1980s cartoon) and Beast Wars, 4 of the 5 live action movies, the 1986 movie, the first half of Armada, and some random 4-episode compilation discs for Armada and Energon.
So...Am I truly the only Transformers fan around here? If not, feel free to post in this thread about your memories, favorite Transformers series, favorite characters, and the like here.
