This tool is for editing the sprite sets in Yoshi's Island. To use, simply open your ROM with the tool, and navigate to the sprite set you want to edit on the right. Select the slot you want to change on the right, and select the graphics to load into that slot on the left.
Note that some sprites have to be in specific slots to work properly. Most of these are listed in the descriptions for each sprite.

First of all, I'm really sorry, YI hackers, but this tool, albeit useful, cannot be hosted as is in the Tools Section. Removal Reasons include:
- A lack of a proper readme (fixable);
- The whole background color choosing method is confusing: why not placing three integer entries allowing the user to choose the values of the RGB components in the 0-255 range? Or better, I'm certain that C# has a color chooser window. Why not use that?
- The main removal reason: It is possible to access negative values in the Sprite Set Entry (which also does not show values greater than 100 correctly). Trying to edit a negative sprite set will cause a non-treated exception to pop up, crashing the tool. I cannot in good conscience allow a tool with this blatant flaw to be accepted in the section.
I honestly I'm sorry I'm doing this, since YI hacking's support still has room for grow up here in SMWCentral. But rules are rules, and even if we don't like them, we have to abide. See the link still present here to still have access to the tool.
