A hopefully simple request.

This request is game specific as far as I can tell, but if mods don't think so it can be moved to the asm request thread..
I'm hoping someone can help me with a patch that stops Mario from skidding(don't know if I just nop somewhere?). If the player trys to turn back to the direction he came from he will continue to show his walking frames until fully stopped.

I want this effect so I can change Mario into a rolling ball.(Yes, I'll need to use Thomas's physics patch or Mario won't feel like a ball!)
Would this help?

Well, I have to look at the code and see if it's something that I can modify. Because I still need Mario to keep moving. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Edit: no unfortunately it's the opposite of what I'm looking for. I should try to be more clear when I type these things. I just want to eliminate the skid pose, other wise Mario still behaves the same.

I'm hoping it's just NOP somewhere, don't know where though.

Edit the edit lol:
Actually instead of stz'ing 7b maybe I could load the poses. Not sure how smooth that may look though. I have to fake it with a delay or some kinda newbish hack like that.
