Aye thank you very much! I have done research as to how I designed everything in the span of really 3 months (it took 5 but development was 3), and scooter was the one who did the story as well as the general ideas of the game.
But yeah, everything from how the map in this game is a changed perspective of the map from The After Years, to the subtle character reference with the crooks on how
"we have you at gunpoint"
and how they approach you. I wasn't afraid to put my own spin on things either, and neither did Chase when he gave Yoshi the name "Allen" (a reference to one of the Jurassic Park films). Despite it not being intended to be canon, I am glad that it is in the end as Evil didn't see any loopholes even when I tried to point out stuff I was unsure about.
I can't say much on The After Years II, but I will confirm this: it's premise is nothing like the first game. This is a true sequel story.
If you don't know how I was involved in the first game, I was the one who created the Satellite submap, as well as drawing some of Nova's boss battle frames.--------------------
