Can you give me some code that works i tried everything i could but to no avail the sprites animation still freezes

I'm currently making "Mega Man" related sprites.
First of all, I'm making 4 types of Metall, can you give me some advice?

What I want to say is that when the face is hidden, when you step on it, it will be flipped like an invincible shell or the fireball will not work, and when the face is exposed, if you step on it, Goomba's I want to turn it over and grab it so that it can be thrown.
I want to change the specifications with Extra Bits except for Mega Man 7's Metall FX.
One is "Mega Man 1" Metall and "Mega Man 2" Neo Metall, and the other is "Mega Man 3" Metall DX walking type and flight type.

When fighting Splashwoman, you want to be able to damage her with stomps, fireballs, and Cape.
Splash Woman is an underwater boss.
Which code can be used to "turn back when about to fall into a hole" like Red Koopa Troopa or Goombud?
I would like to add a "turn back when about to fall down a hole" code to the Pickelman Bull in "Mega Man 3" and the Bunby Tank in "Mega Man 7".
Where do I modify the code so that Kintot always turns toward Mario when he appears?
