Tip: Layer 3 backgrounds and tides disappear when you hit a message box, so plan your level around that. For example, you can add a sublevel without layer 3 at the start/midpoint, and include your message there.

You could've overwritten palette 0 instead of palette 3 (avoiding the 3 status bar colors) and used palette 3 for the colors that are currently in palette 4, as per this diagram, found in the Submission Guidelines. That way you would've avoided affecting a bunch of global SMW objects.
Relatively minor, but we do not support .bin Map16 files since the last SMW Graphics section remoderation, as they have been completely replaced with .map16 files.
As stated in the previous rejection log, .bin Map16 files are no longer supported in the SMW Graphics section. To make it clear: do not include them anymore, as they'll do nothing but confuse new hackers. Remove them and put the .map16 in the zip file's root.
Your Map16 is going into page 0x42, which is a foreground Map16 page in more recent LM versions.
