A nice beach/ocean background from the ending of the SNES version of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. No credit needed.
You could've overwritten palette 0 instead of palette 4 (avoiding the 3 status bar colors), as per this diagram, found in the Submission Guidelines. That way you would've avoided affecting a bunch of global SMW objects.
Relatively minor, but we do not support .bin Map16 files since the last SMW Graphics section remoderation, as they have been completely replaced with .map16 files.
Some colors are duplicated in your palettes. If you remove the duplicates, you'll be able to move the custom colors currently in palette 0 to colors 8 to F in palette rows 6 or 7, for example. And then you can move the custom colors currently in palette 5 to palette 0 (avoiding the 3 status bar colors), restoring palette 5 and some global objects to their vanilla colors.
Something went wrong with your palettes after you moved the colors around from your last submission. This image shows what the previous submission looked like in the left and what the current one looks like in the right. The red arrows point to the errors. It seems those parts are sharing the back area color when they should be using their own separate colors. Fix the color mapping once you've removed the duplicated colors and moved the palettes around as mentioned in the last item.
Also note that even though you used the back area color for your submission, you forgot to leave it unchecked for your palmask. If you end up freeing up that color by not using it anywhere in the submission, you can leave it checked. Otherwise, uncheck it for export.
Please move the .map16 file to the zip's root. There's no point in putting it in a folder if it's the only file that'll go there.
