This sounds okay, but it's a bit too loud and sounds effects get drowned by the song, also, you aren't optimizing rests correctly, I'll explain:
Because of how AMK works, r1 is internally treated as two r2, so what you need to do is replace [r1] by [r2] and double the amount of times it should loop. Let's say, you have [r1]12, then you'd have to replace it with [r2]24.
Now, to the song itself, as I said it sounds ok but I have some issues with the main guitar: The sample is a bit too loud and it wasn't designed to play long notes and because of this it sounds kinda ugly, MMX3 changed the gain of the instrument in mid-note to compensate for this, take this SPC as an example and look at the envelope bar using spcplay; Gravity Beetle also uses pseudo-echo on the guitar to mask this issue, you can try any of these two techniques to make the guitar sound better. If this is too much for you then you could always try using vibrato as another technique to mask this, but have in mind that the original game didn't use vibrato and you may get a little away from the game's composing style.
