Description: This Ball 'n' Chain will move in a configurable sequence, staying inactive for a certain amount of frames then moving a quantity of degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise.

A nice sprite, indeed, but I'll reject it for one reason, and one reason only: it simply does not interact with Mario. Also, I suggest you add info on how the extension bytes affect the sprite.
