Having trouble replacing Mario's Voice!

Hi, brand spanking new here!

I'm incredibly frustrated. I've followed tutorial after tutorial on the N64 Sound Tool to try and replace Mario's voice clips, as well as various others (Peach and Bowser for instance) and every time I inject in place a certain amount of voice clips, the rom decides to pull an 'unknown memory action' and Project 64 won't load the rom. I thought it was because it was too much memory, so I increased the virtual memory and even compacted all of my voice clips.. Still the same thing happens!

Is there something in the script that I have to edit? Because I just wanted to replace the voices with my own, that's all. I didn't want to touch anything else!
I'm guessing nobody knows how to do this?

I thought it would help if I gave the log:
