Whenever i collect a coin from a question block it appears incorrect when the 100 score comes up, however it's only when from a block, the 100 score appears correct anywhere else.

This happens when you edit the tile above the koopa's head in GFX01 (tile 83). But fear not as there's a simple patch that completely fixes it, freeing up that tile so you can edit it however you want.
