[SOLVED] How do I increase the volume of music files?

Is anyone familiar with Audacity?

There is this fan game I downloaded online, and all of the game's music is in sound files that come with the game. The problem I'm facing is that the game's sound effects, which can't be edited and are included in the executable, are MUCH louder than the music, so I'm trying to use Audacity to edit the music files and make the music louder so the volume of the music and sound effects are more consistent.

But I don't really know how to do this. I'm staring at this "Amplify" dialogue wondering what I have to do. The numbers in the "Amplify" dialogue are different for every song. How do I simulate the volume button on a TV? That is basically what I have to do.

Well, the simple answer I have for you (as the title of the thread says) is that you can raise the volume after you drop whatever file you have in audacity with this slider.

You can also edit multiple files at once just make sure to you export multiple (Ctrl+Shift+L) or you'll just get a file with multiple tracks.
Well, I fixed the volume issue. And I didn't have to edit any music files. All I had to do was tweak a setting on the TV and, as if by magic, the volume of the sound effects dropped like a rock to be more consistent with the music! This issue is solved now.
