Is it possible to change creating block paths/level 24 requirements?

I haven't seen anything in the tutorials section on creating block patterns (they're hardcoded patterns) or anything on whether the coin/time/dragon coin requirements for level 24 (Chocolate Island 2). I was wondering on whether it's possible to change any of those things.

Thanks for reading.
The creating/eating blocks have got a disassembly which uses a similar format as SMW's own snakes but allows you to keep the old path and an updated sprite which uses blocks to determine their direction, not a path in their code.

There is a patch which allows you to add level 24 in more levels and customisable to your own need. Be aware that you need some ASM knowledge to use it properly, though.
Thank you!
