Description: This code will spawn a specified item (e.g. shell, throwblock, spring, etc.) into Mario's hands whenever certain buttons are pressed.

Tested with Lunar Magic 3.04, SA-1 Pack v1.32, Snes9x v1.55, UberASM Tool 1.4.

P-Switch colors do not get set correctly; always having the effects of a blue switch, even when set to spawn as a silver one.
