Hi, everyone! So I looked in the Q/A and I haven't seen this problem addressed. I imported a simple test circular platform as a custom level to replace Bob-Omb Battlefield, but whenever I spawn into it, Mario just falls endlessly until hitting the death floor. What am I doing wrong? I'm using the level importer (1.9.3 SC or something like that), Toad's Tool 64, and my modeling software is Blender.

This might sound like a non-solution, but try using SM64 ROM Manager (you can find it in the Tools thread) and see if you get the same problem.

When you say falling endlessly, do you mean that he falls through the platform? In that case, make sure that the top of the platform is the front face of the polygon. I'm not sure about Blender, but in Sketchup you can tell which is which by the color used when there's no texture applied to it.

If he spawns outside of the platform, then you might need to change his spawn location. You can change this in Toad's Tool or the ROM Manager by moving the spawn object to where you want it, but if you want to keep using the level importer, you can change it there too.

Hope this helps! :)
