There's a patch for it that you can use right here.

I somehow changed the color
I just answered your PM with a step-by-step on how to use the patch for simple colour changes, but I'll paste it here as well in case anyone else wondering how to do this finds this thread on Google or something:

1) Download the patch I linked above.

2) Open "cuspal.asm" in Notepad.

3) Scroll down to the PaletteTable (where there are a bunch of dw's followed by $FFFF).

4) Change the hexadecimal color values to your choosing. After some experimenting, it looks like the default palette is using Color 1, so change the numbers on the second line.

5) To find out what the numbers are that you'll want to use, open LM's palette editor and mess around with the colors until you find one you like, and then look at the bottom of the window to where it says "SNES RGB value" and copy that number in. For instance, if you want it bright red then change it to $001F.

6) Save the patch and apply it with Asar, and you're all set!

Also, you can change the background of the logo screen as well by editing the line that says "!BackdropColour = $0000". Edit the hex color the same way as before.

I do exactly what you say and it's still white or dookie color asar said it was successfull after patching said something about the header being ????????? are you sure , i put yes. could it be the rom, btw I REALLY appreciate you trying to help me
We can not link to roms but when you get a new rom run it through Romclean to make sure it's good.
You're definitely using a bad ROM - even a non-expanded ROM wouldn't give you that error. It sounds like it's lacking a proper header?

ROMClean usually fixes ROMs put through it

K.T.B. I would advise against promoting handing out commercial roms as it's against the rules.
Ah, I thought it was fine if it was private - Sorry about that, I won't do that then. Fortunately romclean is really good in most cases so it shouldn't be necessary anyway.

Just to be clear, you can't host or distribute Commerical ROMs at all using this site and that includes through PMs. You would have to do so in some other way that is completely unrelated to this site.

edit: edited to say "commercial" roms specifically, because we do allow homebrew roms on the site to an extent.
Sweeeeet thank you so much,
